Hi! My owners named me, "The Lake House". Although I am not on the lake, you can see the lake from my upstairs bedrooms. I am within walking distance of the lake on the numerous trails or a short 2 minute drive. I am on a 1 acre, partially wooded, fenced lot. You can enjoy roasting marshmallows in my firepit. I am taller than most homes at 22 ft tall but my owner says I look stately with my high ceilings and a 2-story foyer. I am approximately 3,200 square feet. My owner says I am a delight to cook in with my furnished bright kitchen, island, granite countertops, & breakfast nook. Off the breakfast area is my back porch complete with chairs overlooking my massive back yard and woods. Here is a little secret: one of my owners is a tiny girl that LOVES the deer. So much so that she fed them almost every day. I have seen her save her watermelon & peaches to throw over the fence for the deer. Therefore, in the morning when you drink coffee or in the evening as you unwind, you can see deer looking for her treats on my fence line. My owners may be considered old fashioned, but when they are here, they still eat family dinners in the dining room. It makes me happy to see families together. Speaking of together, I have a large living room (with a stone fireplace) that opens to the kitchen so everyone can enjoy each other. I have a large king suite with a sitting area and dresser on the lower level. Because of my 3 large windows overlooking the wooded lot, I am perfect for cold natured people. My owner built my bed using reclaimed barnwood because she loves to see wood repurposed. Speaking of my owner, she loves my jacuzzi tub & double vanity sink attached to the king suite. She also leaves bath salts for my guests so they can relax & unwind. I have a large office on the main level if you need to get some work done while here. My second story features a king bedroom with a massive theater complete with a 106 inch movie screen, concession stand, mini fridge, & microwave. This is my daddy owner's favorite feature of mine. I have another spacious lake themed bedroom with a queen sized bed & leather futon. From this room, you can see the lake. I have two more rooms both with full sized beds. One is a rose themed room because my tiny owner's middle name is Rose. The other is a spacious lake themed room with a sleigh bed. Both overlook my beautiful neighborhood. I have a secret closet under the stairs that is perfect for reading or playing. My tiny owner loves to share her toys with my guests. I am perfect for couples, families, retreats, and individuals. Pets are welcome! In fact you may even see Charles. He is a large gray cat that occasionally drops by the house in the evening to say hello. We are a pet free -- smoke free zone. (Smoking is allowed outside only) If evidence of pets or smoking is found inside, you forfeit your deposit.

Built in 2018 as a guest house next to our main residence one block from Main Street. Short walk to historical restaurant, popular creek side micro-brewery and convenient to shops and local eateries. The Bungalow has an attached carport area and the main room has a king size bed next to a massive antique armoire.
